Proposals are due April 28, 2023 for the State of Texas Master Agreement for Software, Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), and Related Services
This is a subsequent procurement to DIR-TSO-TMP-416 and DIR-TSO-TMP-449 under the cooperative contracts program; however potential respondents should note that requirements and response instructions may not be identical. In part, it includes the scope from DIR-TSO-TMP-401 for Case Management Software and Related Services and DIR-TSO-TMP-404 for Value Added Resellers. DIR intends to solicit responses from manufacturers, and authorized resellers to provide Commercial-off‐the‐Shelf (COTS) software products. DIR intends to contract with resellers and manufacturers for all types of COTS software products, Software as a Service (SaaS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), Case Management, and software related services. Case Management software may include, but is not limited to, offerings that tracking cases, monitoring processes, managing fee collection, and reporting. A Successful Respondent may offer any software module and or combination of modules; however, Successful Respondent systems and modules offered for case management software must be capable of integration with other court case management and related systems and must be capable of sharing data with justice agencies.
