The State of California, Department of General Services Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is conducting this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to establish Master Service Agreements (MSA) for Technology, Digital and Data Consulting (TDDC) Services. The MSA does not include temporary staffing agency services, commercial software or hardware. This MSA is the successor of the current MSA for IT Consulting Services. A copy of the current MSA holders is also attached. The deadline for a response is January 7th. [Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year]. The term of the MSAs resulting from the ITN will be for a three (3) year initial period with two (2) two-year options to extend at the discretion of DGS-PD, with a maximum cumulative term period of seven (7) years.
Businesses on the new TDDC MSA potentially will be able to establish long-term agreements with multiple state and local government entities. A TDDC MSA contractor is required to participate in the Pre-Qualified Vendor Pool (PQVP) screening process in order to be eligible for future agile consulting services opportunities from the California Department of Technology (CDT).
Examples of classifications in the TDDC MSA include:
Content designer/strategist, technical writer
Data analyst, geospatial analyst, data scientist, data engineer, data modeler
User experience researchers, UX/interaction designers, customer experience architect, visual designers
Product manager, product lead
Full-stack developers, software engineers
Geospatial analyst, geospatial application developer
Information security analyst/engineer
Project Manager, DevOps Engineer, and Business Solutions Analyst.
