California DMV's "Pitch Day" is the Coliseum for Innovative Ideas & Self-Financing

The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the California Department of Technology (CDT) are looking for innovative organizations to join our journey to transform how the DMV does business. We are looking to become more responsive, efficient, and effective as we follow the Governor¿s mandate to transform the DMV into a more modern and efficient organization. This is a unique opportunity to present your solutions for the following challenges to the DMV Director, Steve Gordon, and his technology leadership team:

* Appointment Strategies for Field Offices

* Workforce Scheduling Optimization

* Optimizing Drive Test Availability

* Managing and Optimizing Contact Center Workloads

* Sharing Information with Other States (Near Term)

* Sharing Information with Other States (Long Term)

Vendors are invited to submit their ideas on how best to achieve one or more of these objectives.
