California CMAS Process Improvements

Changes in the California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) Program effective December 1, 2017:

  • CMAS term end date aligns with the GSA or other base contract term end date.

  • CMAS applicants must submit a new application if submitting an application after the expiration of the prior CMAS.

  • CMAS no longer requires applicants to submit a hard copy price list.

  • CMAS applicant shall self-certify authorization to sell goods identified in the base GSA or other base contract.

  • CMAS applicant shall self-certify services provided in support of goods (maintenance, repair, installation) meet the manufacturer's requirements to perform the services.
